When you're ready to go after Grim, head west from the campsite and go around the green part of the windmill/cargo-hauling building.
Scramble up the painted wall onto the middle level.
Jump up and grab onto one of the moving cargo cages as it passes by and climb on top. You can use the low wooden ramp for a boost, or climb up on one of the ledges and jump on top of one of the cages, but this isn't necessary.
Ride the cage over to the other side of town. On the way over, Lara calls out to Grim. He comes running out from behind some machinery shouting a warning.
It's impossible to avoid the ambush, but if you like, you can try and take out a few bad guys before the cage stops moving. The first few enemies appear on the upper level of the tower with the tattered umbrella. You can try and hit them...
...or the fuel barrel nearby.
Kerpow!
Once the cage stops moving, jump onto the wooden platform ahead and take out any remaining men on the next tower. The rest of the bad guys stay in hiding until you drop down to the deck below.
