Once you've taken care of the wraiths, as described in the main walkthrough, return to the ROOM WITH THREE DANGLING ROPES. Drop down to the floor then climb into the doorway at the north end of the room, near the top of the stairs where you first entered this area.
Turn around so Lara is squarely facing the three dangling ropes. Then take a running jump to grab the first rope. Slide to the bottom, adjust Lara's angle if necessary...
...and then swing and jump to the second rope.
Slide to the bottom...
...and then swing and jump to the third rope.
Slide to the bottom, and then swing and jump once more to land in the raised alcove at the south end of the room.
NOTE: There are rope swinging tips at the end of the main walkthrough if you need a refresher.

Alternatively, if you hate rope swinging as much as I do, instead use the corner bug to reach the alcove. Then you'll only have to rope swing once.
The basic corner bug is covered in detail, with video, in my section on Useful Bugs. In this room, you can use it here on either of the spots marked with x's in the screenshot above.
Once you get the hang of the corner bug, you won't need to do the elaborate setup, but if you're just learning, try it this way: Position Lara facing the wall and touching it. Then sidestep to the edge.
Pivot about 45 degrees so Lara is facing out past the corner where you want to bug upward.
Now jump in place a few times.
If you've positioned Lara correctly, one of her legs will start to creep into the corner block. If this isn't happening, adjust her angle slightly and try again.
The next jump should then pop her up to the ledge above. (If you're having trouble, check out the step-by-step instructions with video on the Useful Bugs page.)
Now just turn around and jump over to the alcove.
Inside the alcove is SECRET #5 (35/70), grenades on the floor to the left...
...a box of revolver ammo on the right (no REVOLVER yet though)...
...and Uzi clips just around the corner from the revolver ammo.
Don't drop down to the floor yet or you'll have to repeat the whole rope-swinging process again.
Instead, return to the ledge overlooking the room and take a running jump to grab the third rope again.
Now swing and jump over to the opening on the right/east side.
