IMPORTANT: Levels 13 through 20, set in Alexandria, are interconnected. Some backtracking among them is needed to find all the necessary items. This walkthrough covers what I hope is the most direct route including all kills, pick-ups, and secrets. I have also included an ALEXANDRIA CHART outlining the basic path through the levels. This chart contains minor spoilers, such as keys and puzzle items, so you may want to avoid it unless you get lost/confused. The walkthrough also contains notes on what to do if you missed any crucial items.
LEVEL 14B: COASTAL RUINS (revisit)

NOTE: You revisit the COASTAL RUINS a few times while exploring the CATACOMBS and TEMPLE OF POSEIDON levels. These visits are covered within those walkthroughs. Now, after exploring the LOST LIBRARY and HALL OF DEMETRIUS, you follow Von Croy through a secret door and end up back in the COASTAL RUINS once more.
Drop through the opening in the floor and slide down the ramp into a small pool. On the way down, the chime sounds for a SECRET (53/70). Climb out of the water. There's danger music here but no danger that I could discern. Pick up a large medipack and poisoned arrows on the right side of the room. You'll also find Von Croy's BROKEN GLASSES on the platform, but these serve no useful purpose. Inside the opening above the platform is a ladder. Jump up to grab it and climb to the top. Follow the hall to emerge from one of the buildings near the southern TIDE POOLS. (This is door E in the "beach" area on the map of the ruins). (screenshots)
RETURNING TO ALEXANDRIA (optional): If you like, before proceeding to the next level, you can return to Jean-Yves in ALEXANDRIA once more to hear his latest words of wisdom. This exchange is included in the Cinematics section. Check the footnote if you need help finding your way to and from ALEXANDRIA.
UNDERWATER PASSAGE TO PHAROS, TEMPLE OF ISIS: When you're ready to move on to the next level, head down the beach (eastward from door E), wade into the water, and continue forward until the water is deep enough to swim. Just beyond the first rock outcropping on the right, dive down to the right (screenshot) and swim through the underwater passage to enter PHAROS, TEMPLE OF ISIS. (screenshot) This passage is marked F on the map.
*NOTE ON SECRETS: There are 70 secrets in the entire game. These are marked "(x/70)" in this walkthrough. To check your progress in-game, press Pause (P on keyboard, Start on PlayStation or Dreamcast controller) then choose Statistics. At the end of this level you should have 53/70.
†UPDATE HISTORY: 11/10/08 - Since people kept asking about this, I finally added a note about the broken glasses serving no purpose except perhaps to show that Von Croy passed this way.

RETURNING TO ALEXANDRIA BEFORE ENTERING PHAROS, TEMPLE OF ISIS: If you like, before proceeding to the next level, you can return to Jean-Yves in ALEXANDRIA once more to hear his latest words of wisdom. This exchange is included in the Cinematics section. To get there from the beach and door E, hop into the water and swim around the building ahead on the left to reach the pool in front of door C, the exit from TEMPLE OF POSEIDON. Continue around the rock formation to the north, then east, and climb out of the pool on the rocks below the building with the ramp and door B (one of the exits from the CATACOMBS). Climb the dunes and head for door A in the northwest corner of the ruins. Retrace your steps back to ALEXANDRIA. If you need help with any of this, refer to these screenshots and the map of the ruins. Once you re-enter ALEXANDRIA, refer to the last section in the ALEXANDRIA walkthrough to get back to JEAN-YVES'S STUDY. When you finish your business with Jean-Yves, return to the pool near the exit from the HALL OF DEMETRIUS, again referring to these screenshots if necessary. Then continue through the underwater passage at F to reach PHAROS, TEMPLE OF ISIS, as described in the last section of the walkthrough above.
