Lud's Gate - Area with Guard and Frogman -
Other Items not included in Secrets #5 and #6
After obtaining secret #6 and moving the UPV out of the secret room, you can save your game normally and take your time scouring the area for goodies. In all, you'll find the following:
The BOILER ROOM KEY, which the first guard will have dropped.
3 bundles of harpoons together behind the crates near the window and silver door. One of these will be the HARPOON GUN if you missed it earlier.
3 separate bundles of harpoons—one on the crates where the frogman was crouching, one on the white rocks just behind it and another which you'll pick up in a moment.
After getting the harpoons near the frogman's ledge, jump across to the L-shaped wooden ledge above where you climbed out of the water earlier. Jump to grab the flat ledge in the back wall. Pull up, turn left, and crawl backwards. Drop into the hole to get
a small medi pack. Then climb out on the other side of the hole...
...and Lara will be standing on these ledges facing the long ledge above the flashing red light. Jump across to the long ledge and go to the end to find some more harpoons. Return to the other end before dropping down to avoid taking fall damage.

Alternatively, if you come at this area from below, head toward the back right corner but instead of climbing into the long, dark passageway where you encountered the second guard, climb up on the left. Then jump to the long ledge with the harpoons, as shown in the previous screenshot.
For the next pickup, go to the back right corner, between the white rocks and the concrete ledge below the flashing red light.
Jump up the small slope and pull up into the doorway. You'll need to kill the second guard here now if you didn't do so before.
Climb into the opening in the right corner and drop down to find flares and a save/power-up crystal.
Finally, retrieve a large medi pack in the pit behind the crates above and to the right of secret #5. If you used the alternative strategy for secret #6, don't forget to get secret #5 and the small medi pack in the underwater room to the right of it as well.
