City of Khamoon - Secret #1
After killing the crocodile (5) and tripping the boulder trap in the area near the CAT TEMPLE, as described in the main walkthrough, head for the northwest corner of the sandy area, beyond the CAT TEMPLE and to the right of where the boulder landed.
Climb up as far as you can then take a standing jump up the sandy slope to land just to the right of the square pillar in the corner.
Hop down into the dark depression to the right of the pillar. This is SECRET #1, a large medi pack and magnum clips (12-13).
