Tomb of Tihocan - Flooded Area at the Beginning of the Level
Lara falls into this flooded passageway from the final area of The Cistern. Swim down and forward through a long, straight tunnel.
As you approach the ornate metal grate at the end, ignore the room above for now. You won't find air there yet. Swim down past the grate.
At the bottom, make a U-turn...
...and swim forward to a lever. Pull it to lower the water level.
Roll to face away from the lever...
...and swim forward, then up...
...past the grate...
...to the surface. Climb out on the ledge and use the switch to open the door down the hallway to the right.
